Each year we hold the J. Reno Deaton Memorial Basketball Tournament at Southgate Public School in our historic Lions' Den Gymnasium. The tournament had its kickoff this year on Friday, February 23rd at 6pm where we heard from our Southgate Band and recognized our eighth grade student-athletes and band members.
Here is the schedule for the FINAL WEEKEND of the tournament.
The tournament will be held Friday, February 23, Saturday, February 24, Sunday February 25, Friday, March 1 and Saturday, March 2. There will be a concession stand with hot food, cold drinks and candy in the cafeteria. There will also be tickets sold for various raffle baskets. We take cash only.
This is a fun time for our Southgate students and their families. We hope you will join us! Go Lions!!
